Leadership on Tap was founded by Tami Jo Bethel, a retired U.S. Army Command Sergeant Major with over two decades of leadership experience in high-pressure, real-world environments. After leading people through complex operational, organizational, and personal challenges, I saw firsthand the gap between traditional leadership training and what leaders actually need when navigating real-life decisions.
